BMW has signed a three year contract with Ontime Automotive for delivery of cars to fleet and corporate customers.
The contract starts on 1st January 2012. Ontime’s Specialist Transport Division will streamline the process through real time data capture on electronic proof of deliveries.
Mark Worthington, general manager of BMW’s vehicle distribution centre in the UK, said that the ability to fulfil customer deliveries under covered transport, remained an important part of BMW UK’s strategy of customer orientation and satisfaction.
The operator has invested £4m in fleet modernisation. David Watkins of Ontime said: “We are delighted to have been awarded such a prestigious contract and look forward to consolidating our ever-growing track record for excellence in providing BMW with a first class service.
