Dachser has opened a new 107,600 sq ft warehouse in Shanghai to meet growing demand for its contract logistics services.
The new facility has space for 16,000 pallets, and is near the centre of Shanghai, and just off the G2 Beijing-Shanghai expressway and the G 1501 Shanghai ring-road.
Thomas Reuter, managing director of Dachser Air & Sea Logistics said: “China is and will continue to be a key bridgehead for the expansion of our intercontinental network.”
Dachser has been active in China for over thirty years and currently employs a staff of 650 at 15 locations in Greater China.
