Westhall Estate and Sea-Ex have launched Aston 41, a new industrial site in Buckinghamshire.
The 18 acre site boasts planning consent for up to 240,000 sq ft of industrial space in a range of unit sizes, which are offered on both a freehold and leasehold basis.
Situated adjacent to the Arla Foods diary which, on completion in June 2013, will be the world’s largest milk bottling plant, Aston41 forms part of a larger landmark development on the A41.
Richard Sullivan, director at Savills, comments: “Aston41 presents an opportunity to acquire bespoke warehouse units designed to a high specification. Not only will the industrial park offer strong transport links to the M25 and beyond, but the construction of the Arla plant demonstrates the confidence and strength of this location in Aylesbury area.”
Savills is jointly appointed on Aston41 with Lambert Smith Hampton and Brown & Lee Clifford Billings.
