Pinguin Foods has chosen Partner Logistics to provide end-to-end logistics from its frozen warehouse at Wisbech.
Unpackaged processed peas will be stored at the 77,000 pallet warehouse. Peas will then leave the warehouse for packing and return later as finished product ready for distribution to retailers and wholesalers nationwide.
Other customers at Wisbech include Lamb Weston and Birdseye. The warehouse throughput has also continued to grow with pallet movements currently exceeding 10,000 per week.
