Crown Paints has renewed its contract with Ceva Logistics in a deal worth £40m over five and a half years.
The contract involves opening a £1.2 million trade warehouse operation at Hull employing 70 staff. The warehouse will also be used as an export base to deliver product to export customers around the world.
Crown Paints has worked with Ceva for 26 years. Managing director Joe Devitt said: “Through this new agreement we will reduce CO2 emissions, which will help us achieve the challenging environmental targets we have set ourselves.”
