PepsiCo has chosen DB Schenker Logistics as the operator of four regional distribution centres located in Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków and Kielce, with a total area of approximately 25,000 sqm.
The contract also covers management of some 50 transhipment platforms and transport from factories to the RDCs and then from there to the transhipment platforms.
At the beginning of July, the first RDC was opened in Łódź, and next locations will be implemented in the coming months.
