Peel has launched Pemberton Business Park, a 32 acre site which is part of a new mixed-use development to the west of Wigan town centre.
It is accessed off the A49 (Warrington Rd) from Junction 25 of the M6.
Design and build solutions are available from 20,000 sq. ft. for industrial and distribution uses. It could also take a single warehouse of 250,000 sq. ft.
Trevor Dawson Chartered Surveyors and GVA are agents for the scheme.
