Innovative strategies to realign supply chains for competitive advantage will be at the heart of the Extended Supply Chain conference which takes place in London in March.

Sessions will cover: Supply chain leadership and representation in the boardroom; Developing a responsive and lean supply chain; and Getting smarter about supplier and customer segmentation. Innovative strategies for supply chain finance are also on the agenda, along with leveraging technology to optimise the supply chain.
