Kuehne & Nagel has taken a new warehouse in Trafford Park Manchester.
The logistics company has secured a 10 year lease at a rent in the region of £4 per sq ft on PRUPIM’s 179,000 sq ft Centrepoint V building on Westinghouse Road.
Kuehne & Nagel will operate a Whitbread contract from the facility and will install a chilled store facility in the warehouse.
K&N scoured the North West for suitable properties but focussed on Trafford Park due to its superb communications.

We have seen take-up at unprecedented levels and the lack of supply of distribution buildings is resulting in increased demand for build to suit, being the only option”.
