Hartley Investment Trust has appointed Savills as letting agent on its 148,120 sq ft self-contained warehouse at Crossley Lane in Huddersfield.
Dave Robinson, director of industrial agency at Savills, said: “ Huddersfield currently has a very low level of good quality industrial and distribution stock so we anticipate that we will have a strong level of interest for Crossley Lane.”
The building has seven ground level loading doors with two existing docks and the ability to create more, subject to planning.
