Hermes has hired Martijn de Lange from TNT Post UK as operations director.
In the new role de Lange will b responsible for expanding Hermes’ multichannel offering, enhancing customer service levels and driving operational efficiencies.
He has over eleven years’ experience in the parcels and mail industries, including senior leadership roles. He was most recently operations director at TNT Post UK and recently led the strategic development, design and launch of TNT Post’s new delivery network in London.
