John Lewis has renewed its omni-channel fulfilment services contract with iForce.
iForce has worked with John Lewis its website was set up in 2001, offering services such as click and collect via John Lewis and Waitrose stores.
The firm handles up to half of John Lewis’s fulfilment from its 238,000 sq ft site in Redditch,near Birmingham.
