Developer Goodman has secured planning for a big shed at Centrum 100 Business Park in Burton-on-Trent in the East Midlands.
The 415,000 sq ft facility fronting the A38, will be named Centrum 415, and will developed on a pre-let basis to bespoke customer requirements. The application went through following the successful pre-let with Pallet Force on the adjacent site.
Goodman has invested £105 million into its 800 acre UK land bank to ensure that outline planning and infrastructure are in place and the sites are ready for construction. Goodman has 14 strategically located sites across the UK market capable of delivering over 14 million sq ft of logistics space. Four of Goodman’s UK sites can deliver facilities of over one million sq ft, and eight are capable of delivering over 500,000 sq ft of logistics space.
CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and North Rae Sanders are agents on the scheme.
