Kuehne + Nagel has taken over 70 per cent of the shares of Universal Freight Services from the Khimji Ramdas Group in the Sultanate of Oman.
The group has represented Kuehne + Nagel in Oman since 1999, as its sales agent, but will now team up with the company in a joint venture under the global Kuehne + Nagel brand, Kuehne + Nagel LLC, at its headquarters in Muscat.
