ARR Craib Transport has expanded its fleet with a long-term rental deal with Ryder for operation on a number of Craib’s blue chip client contracts.
Craib’s Cumbernauld and Aberdeen fleet now includes 15 Iveco 44 tonne GVW tractor units and 45 trailers.
The company provides transport and logistics services to local, radial, UK and international markets, transporting industry needs from foodstuffs and timber to building materials and steel.
Eddie Anderson, managing director of Craib, said: “We have long-term rental contracts with Ryder which enables us to respond appropriately to the peaks and troughs of the business. The arrangement allows us to plan for times when we are busy by ordering in additional vehicles.”
