Roxhill Developments has acquired a 12.5 acre site at Newbridge, Edinburgh from private equity fund Lone Star. No details of the deal have been forthcoming. Roxhill was advised by advised by Colliers International and Cargill Development Management.
The fully serviced site has planning for 250,000 sq ft of warehouse space and is strategically located adjacent to the M8/M9 interchange. It is believed the developer is offering D&B from 30,000 sq ft. Joint letting agents are Colliers International and Ryden.
Roxhill is also developing a 36 acre scheme at Inverness Airport Business Park. which will comprise offices, industrial and hotels. Colliers and Ryden are joint agents.
