Norbert Dentressangle has been chosen to provide St Austell Brewery with a distribution platform in Avonmouth, to support the company’s expansion beyond the West Country.
The brewery produces cask and bottled ales, such as Tribute, Proper Job, HSD and Trelawny, which are available in pubs, bars and supermarkets throughout Cornwall, the West Country and increasingly the rest of the UK.
Dentressangle will provide warehouse space within an existing customer site in Avonmouth, as well as transport products on behalf of St Austell, from Cornwall to the new facility.
“This partnership is of great strategic importance to us as it provides a strong platform from which to extend in the rapidly changing, and exciting, brewing sector,” said St Austell Brewery’s logistics manager, Kevin Andrews.
