Bryan Jackson, CBE has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Unipart Group.
After a long career with Ford and Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, Jackson joined the company in 2005, where he worked as a director of the Unipart Manufacturing Group, before taking on the role of deputy chairman in 2007.
He received the CBE for services to economic development and manufacturing at the 2012 New Year Honours, for his commitment to UK manufacturing.
Unipart chairman and group chief executive, John Neill, said: “Bryan’s depth and breadth of knowledge of the automotive sector is second-to-none and will bring considerable benefits to our business during this exciting and challenging period of the growth for Unipart Group.”
