Howard Tenens has acquired the lease of a 177,000 sq ft warehouse on Road One Winsford Industrial Estate, as part of its expansion into the North.
The Winsford site will accommodate up to 40 vehicle movements a day and will mean Tenens’ warehouse portfolio now covers more than 3,000,000 sq ft in the UK.
“Having a network of strategically located sites and national transport network enables us to deliver the high calibre national logistics solutions that our customers expect, said Jamie Hartles, head of commercial and marketing.
“This site is another exciting step forward as the business expands its extensive property portfolio and customer base.”
The company’s growth is expected to spread further into the North within the next five years.
