Claire’s clicks with Clipper

Affordable jewellery, accessories, and beauty retailer Claire’s, has awarded Clipper a contract to provide its first online fulfilment service.

Managing online orders from its 310,000 sq ft e-fulfilment centre in Selby, Clipper says its new service will make Claire’s products available online in both the UK and Europe, for the first time.

The service will also cover the management of returned goods, which will be checked and processed for re-sale on a same-day basis.

The contract will see more than 5,000 SKUs held in stock, picked, packed, and despatched.

“Enabling our customers domestically and worldwide to order items online is a key part of our growth strategy,” said supply chain director at Claire’s, Paul McQuaid.

“We look forward to working with Clipper due to their proficiency with fashion and retail multichannel logistics. They have already helped us ramp up with a seamless implementation and launch.”
