Dunelm builds online presence with iForce

Homeware specialist Dunelm has awarded iForce a five-year deal, to develop its efulfilment and online capability.

Dunelm operates 140 homeware stores around the UK, branded Dunelm Mill, both in superstores and on the high street.

The company hopes the new partnership will help it cement its multichannel presence, as well as enable it to offer its customers an enhanced shopping experience.

As part of the deal, Dunelm has relocated its web fulfilment operation to iForce’s Bromford Gate warehouse, in the West Midlands.

“The new warehouse will allow both new and existing customers to enjoy our renowned product choice, covering 20,000 homewares products, delivered to their homes at their convenience,” said chief operating officer of Dunelm, Andy Torrance.

iForce will also provide returns processing as part of the agreement.
