Clugston Distribution Services increased turnover by 21 per cent to £13.2m for its last financial year.
Growth focused on several diverse markets such as fuel, bulk food, ash powder and intermodal, as well as strengthening its customer base. The division is expanding with new depots in Haydock and Reading. It recently announced a £2.2 million investment in fleet renewal and expansion.
It’s parent Clugston group, report a 26 per cent rise in saels to £232m while pre-tax profit was up five per cent to £6.3m.
