Logistics and industrial property developer and asset manager Evander Properties has bought two strategic development sites in the South East with funding from Rockspring Investment Management.
It has acquired a 22 acre site at Island Road, Reading, fronting the A33 close to J11 M4, that could deb capable of delivering build to suit warehouses up to 250,000 sq ft. and a 17 acre site at Test Lane in Southampton fronting the M271 capable of delivering build to suit warehouses up to 250,000 sq ft.
Evander managing director Jeremy Greenland said: “We’re very pleased to have made these land acquisitions with Rockspring. Both sites offer key edge of conurbation locations with excellent prominence and access. We will submit detailed planning applications for both sites shortly and commence marketing.”

Both sites are prominent well located edge of town opportunities which, with the benefit of planning, can quickly be developed to create space which meets the needs of occupiers.”
