Latest fleet reduces customer downtime

Still has bought a new fleet of Mercedes-Benz Vito compact vans for its 24/7 UK service coverage. The new vehicles are in Still’s livery, and are integral to the company’s fast callout response, helping to reduce customer downtime.

The fully-equipped service vehicles are, in effect, mobile workshops stocked with a comprehensive range of spare parts. For parts that are not in the vehicle’s standard on-board parts list, overnight delivery direct to the service vehicle ensures parts are with the engineer before he leaves home.
