Polestar takes colchester site

Grainger Trust, advised by FPDSavills, has sold the freehold industrial investment of Unit 2, Wyncolls Road, Severalls Park, Colchester, Essex, to private clients of Colliers Capital UK for £3.66M reflecting a net initial yield of 7.36%.

The 5,767sq m recently refurbished late 1970s unit is situated in Colchester’s prime industrial area. The Polestar Group, with a guarantee by Polestar Holdings, has a new 17-year FRI lease, with effect from July 2003, at a rent of £285,000 a year.
