Skills for Logistics, the sector skills council for the freight logistics industries, is to develop the National Logistics Academy – an industry specific academy that aims to provide a focus for skills development and training within logistics by 2008. The academy will establish a relevant curriculum for logistics training which will be consistently delivered anywhere in the UK.
