Amtrak Express Parcels is opening a new national customer service centre in Bristol. The company is recruiting to create a national support team to handle customer service calls from Amtrak’s key clients. The expanded customer service team will provide direct national support for many key retail accounts, giving Amtrak’s customers a single point of contact for all service issues. Staff will be able to provide an immediate response.
