TDG has signed 10 million euros worth of contracts with food manufacturer Boyne Valley to provide chilled warehousing and the national distribution of Boyne’s food and non-food products in Ireland, for five years.
The chilled contract will see TDG store all Boyne Valley’s chilled product ranges at TDG’s newly opened 41,000 sq ft, shared-user national chilled distribution hub at Clonshaugh, Coolock. TDG will be responsible for the distribution of all Boyne Valley’s ambient products from Platin, Co Louth.
l TDG has scooped the “Logistics Company of the Year” award at the Irish Exporters Association’s Export Awards 2005, held in Dublin.
