Padrock has announced a new 4Wall Entertainment lease on a 15-year term in Hertfordshire.
4Wall Entertainment is responsible for delivering large-scale live events and productions, with the lease of the 77,657ft² facility designed to facilitate company growth.
Comprising 16 leasehold units, the 4Wall letting means seven of the units totalling 117,382ft² are now let following the development’s completion in January.
Padrock is responsible for delivering the 228,860ft² speculative multi-let industrial (MLI) and logistics scheme which is on an 11-acre brownfield site within the town.
Padrock has also recently submitted plans to speculatively build a £120m, 245,000ft² MLI and logistics development in Elstree, Herts.

Other occupiers include print, design and installation specialist Learn to Dream; audiovisual integration and digital experiences company Trison; and global data centre solutions provider Datalec Power Installations.
Hertford Logistics Hub has been designed to deliver best-in-class sustainability credentials. These include BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings and alignment with EU Taxonomy objectives.
