Graham Roberts, group chief executive and Paul Daffern, group finance director, who both joined PD Ports in 2002 will be stepping down from full time executive roles. David Robinson, currently managing director, PD Teesport will replace Roberts.
Jerry Hopkinson, currently managing director of the Ports & Logistics Division, will take up the new appointment of chief operating officer.Dermot Russell will become chief finance officer, replacing Paul Daffern.
Graham Roberts and Paul Daffern will continue to work with PD Ports and the new management team as non-executive directors on the board.
