Slough Estates has revealed plans for a £20m redevelopment of a 10.5 acre site in Nechells, West Midlands.
The scheme, known as Meteor Park, will provide 20,940 sq m (225,400 sq ft) of space in units from 1,937 sq m to 10,443 sq m (20,850 sq ft to 112,410 sq ft). Each unit, boasting 8-12m eaves and a 50kn/sq m floor loading, will also provide office space over two floors along with staff facilities, will be set within landscaped grounds, each with its own service yard and ample car parking.
Demolition is now underway at the site and units will be available from the end of 2006 on 15-year lease terms.
