Prupim (Prudential Property Investment Managers) is set to announce the first tenant has taken a 100,000 sq ft warehouse at its Hub development in Birmingham.
Director Jonathan Weymouth said ground remediation work on the Hub, Birmingham’s only large scale industrial/distribution park, should be completed within six weeks, ready for construction of the first unit to begin.
On the back of this announcement Prupim has said it will develop speculatively a 120,000 sq ft warehouse. Knight Frank and M3 are letting agents.
