Dubai Logistics City, the multi-modal integrated logistics platform in Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates, has signed land lease agreements with Danzas AEI Emirates to operate warehousing and contract logistics facilities.
Danzas AEI Emirates LLC has signed two agreements. The first is for 30,000 square metres in the forwarding area with an option for a further 15,000 square metres. It has also secured an additional 155,000 square metres in the specialised contract logistics area.
“Dubai Logistics City and Dubai will become the centre of the Danzas’ regional operations,” said Enver Moretti, chief executive/president EMA at Danzas parent DHL Global Forwarding.
