Kerry Logistics has bought a majority share in Indian freight forwarder Reliable Freight Forwarders.
The company is to be renamed as Kerry Reliable Logistics. RFF currently has five branch offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Tirupur and Tuticorin and offers value-added services, local and international freight forwarding.
Kerry Logistics is part of the Kuok Group, an Asian conglomerate with almost 60 years of development in China and Asia.
