BPB Iberplaco, the Spanish and Portuguese subsidiary of BPB, the supplier of plasterboard and gypsum plasters, has awarded DHL Exel Supply Chain a five-year warehouse management contract.
DHL Exel will manage logistics operations for BPB Iberplaco at a 10,500 sq m warehouse near Madrid.
Services include warehouse management, storage, picking and delivery of inbound material to the production area.
It will also collect finished products from the production area and store them at the warehouse for subsequent picking and loading onto trucks or sea containers.
