Gefco is to open its first logistics platform in Russia – a 20,000 sq m facility will be located in Podolsk, near Moscow, and is set to open for business in June 2007.
The new platform will be an integral part of the logistics system Gefco has set up in Central and Eastern Europe, one of its three key development zones together with Asia and Latin America.
It is extending its range of services in Russia in response to the country’s booming logistics market in addition to supporting the development of its key accounts. The logistics platform will be located at Moscow/Podolsk near the Domodedovo International Airport.
