Britannia switches 3PL to meet demand

Britannia Games has chosen Import Services to handle its storage, order processing, pick and pack and final distribution.

The maker of TV-themed board games switched after its former third party logistics provider struggled to keep up with demand and delivered goods late.

Sales director Ralph Patmore said: “It came to a point last year where our previous contractor just couldn’t cope with the higher volumes, particularly of our top range of board games – Family Fortunes, Countdown and the interactive DVD game I’m a celebrity… get me out of here! and product was delivered late which is unacceptable.”
