PJH picks Enfield

Bathroom and kitchen distributor PJH Group has taken a 100,000 sq ft warehouse at BlackRock Investment Management’s Interlink100 unit at 100 Millmarsh Lane, Enfield in north London to cope with expansion. Advised by dohertybaines, PJH is paying a stepped rent of £6.75 per sq ft rising to £7.50 per sq ft in its fifth year. The company has taken a 10-year lease at the refurbished former Tibbett & Britten warehouse.

Mark Howard of dohertybaines said PJH had relocated from another site in Enfield due to a planned expansion.
