M6 Toll spawns spec development

Wrenbridge is to develop a 126,000 sq ft speculative warehouse on a 7-acre site just off the M6 Toll Road.

The developer paid Morston Assets £2.8m for the site at Kingswood Lakeside Business Park, Cannock, Staffordshire. It was bought in a joint venture with Gleeson and has outline planning permission for B1, B2 and B8 uses.
