British retailer Ann Summers has introduced parcel locker deliveries and returns for its online customers.
Under the agreement, Ann Summers customers will be able to select 48-hour delivery to an InPost locker at checkout, choosing a collection location that suits them rather.
The service will also allow customers to return items using InPost’s UK network of more than 16,000 parcel lockers.
The partnership reflects the growing role of out-of-home delivery in e-commerce fulfilment, as retailers seek to offer more flexible delivery and returns services.
According to InPost research conducted in January 2026, nearly 60% of British consumers experience delivery-related stress, while shoppers spend an average of 3.2 hours a month waiting at home for deliveries.
Maria Hollins, chief executive of Ann Summers, said the partnership would give customers greater choice over how and where they receive their orders.
“We want every interaction with Ann Summers to feel empowering and on our customers’ terms. InPost Locker delivery gives them another simple and flexible option, putting even more choice into their hands.”
Autonomous delivery, last-mile infrastructure and the challenges of moving goods through cities will be explored at Urban Logistics.
Urban Logistics, takes place at ExCeL London on 9-10 June 2027.
