B&P Manufacturing will showcase its Xcelorator Power Assist Hand Truck at IntraLogisteX in Dallas this September, demonstrating technology designed to reduce the physical demands placed on delivery professionals while improving efficiency and safety.
While logistics technology continues to transform warehouses, transportation networks and supply chains, B&P Manufacturing says that the delivery driver remains one of the most critical links in the process. The company describes the movement of products from the truck to the customer as ‘The Hardest Mile in Delivery’.
At IntraLogisteX in Dallas, B&P will demonstrate its Xcelorator Power Assist Hand Truck, which has been designed specifically to reduce the physical demands placed on delivery professionals while improving efficiency, safety and job satisfaction.
Unlike traditional powered hand trucks that are often heavy, cumbersome and difficult to maneuver, the Xcelorator combines lightweight construction, exceptional balance and intelligent power assistance to create a natural extension of the operator.
Its speed-matching technology automatically assists based on the user’s walking pace, helping move loads with less strain on the hands, arms, shoulders and core.
Independent drive-wheel motors provide superior maneuverability, while lithium-ion batteries deliver the runtime required for demanding delivery schedules. The modular design allows customisation for virtually any route, load type, or delivery application.
According to B&P, the Xcelorator has been built for real-world delivery environments, including hot, cold and wet conditions as well as tight spaces.
As operators look to reduce workplace injuries, improve driver retention and increase productivity, B&P believes power-assist equipment is becoming an essential part of the modern logistics operation.
IntraLogisteX will bring together warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain professionals from across the United States at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas, on September 16-17, 2026. Visitors will be able to compare the latest technologies in warehouse automation, robotics, software, materials handling and supply chain operations, with live demonstrations and conference sessions taking place across both days.
