CEVA Logistics, in collaboration with contact lenses manufacturer CooperVision Asia Pacific, has opened a new Regional Service Centre in Singapore.
The new facility enhances both companies’ supply chain and logistics capabilities across the Asia Pacific region.
It is located within CEVA’s healthcare hub at Singapore’s Airport Logistics Park, a designated free trade zone adjacent to Changi Airport.
The logistics facility, staffed by GDP- and GMP-trained teams, uses a healthcare-focused warehouse management system as well as in-house laser marking used in repackaging.
The Singapore-based centre reportedly brings even greater choice to eye care professionals and patients across APAC region, making up to 7,000 additional SKUs available regionally.
As the rollout progresses, CEVA Logistics said the Singapore service centre will “reduce reliance on local stockholding and deliver faster fulfilment on non-stocked items”.
Additionally, by centralising inventory, the hub is expected to expand product access, enhance flexibility and drive cost efficiencies across the region.
“As Asia Pacific’s healthcare sector grows, we’re expanding tech-driven and innovative logistics solutions,” said Brunno Matta, vice president of contract logistics, APAC at CEVA Logistics.
Sam Ng, head of distribution, CooperVision APAC, added: “Together, we’re building smarter logistics solutions that empower markets and elevate customer experience.”
