MARK Capital Management’s urban logistics strategy company Crossbay has completed the acquisition of three UK assets totaling 325,000ft².
Crossbay has acquired two single-let assets in Birmingham—in Tipton and Halesowen, totaling 140,000ft²—and a prime 185,000ft² distribution centre in Lutterworth.
Apex II, Tipton (Birmingham) is an 85,000ft² asset, let to A.F. Blakemore & Sons located between the M6 and M5 motorways.
Crossbay will now seek to implement a targeted capex program to deliver Grade A, ESG-focused upgrades and capture underlying rental reversion.
The Coombswood Business Park, Halesowen (Birmingham) is a 55,000ft² facility, let to Toolbank since construction, the low-density site offers immediate access to reversion within 12 months.
Lastly, Unit 3320, Magna Park, Lutterworth (East Midlands) is a prime 185,000ft² distribution asset fully let to VWR International Ltd.

Crossbay stated that the acquisitions will accelerate momentum in the UK, where its current portfolio exceeds 1.75 million ft².
Crossbay, which also invests across Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Benelux region, has delivered strong asset-management performance across the UK, including the completion of one of West Yorkshire’s largest industrial letting deals of 2025.
