Indurent has signed a new five-year lease with DPD for c. 82,000ft² of logistics space at Indurent Park Derby.
The letting at D82 provides 78,585ft² of warehouse space alongside 4,350ft² of office facilities.
The unit has been designed to high sustainability standards, with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, EPC ‘A+’ and provision for solar PV, alongside a dedicated warehouse lighting scheme.
The latest agreement builds follows DPD’s letting of c. 120,000ft² of best-in-class logistics space at Indurent Park Tamworth in October 2025, taking that development to full occupancy.
Together, the two leases total over 200,000ft² and support DPD’s continued expansion across the Midlands.
Indurent Park Derby comprises approximately 800,000ft² across 11 units, with D82 the latest unit to be let. Just one unit, D43, remains available across the scheme.
Located approximately two miles from Derby city centre, Indurent Park Derby provides access to the East Midlands Gateway and key national transport routes, with East Midlands and Birmingham airports also nearby.
George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent, said: “Indurent Park Derby is home to an international mix of occupiers, from engineering and medtech firms to fashion and beauty brands, and we’re pleased to welcome DPD to the park.
“Following its move into Indurent Park Tamworth last year, it’s great to be supporting DPD’s growth across the Midlands.”
