DTZ Investors has completed the refurbishment and extension of two industrial warehouses in Crawley, providing a combined 51,019ft² of Grade A space.
Perimeter One comprises 34,329ft², while Perimeter Two totals 16,690ft² following an extension. Both units include warehouse and office space, with secure yards of 25m and 47m, respectively.
Both properties are fully electric and have achieved EPC ‘B’ ratings, with LED lighting, VRF systems, electric vehicle charging and dedicated cycle storage also provided.
Jo Jackson, associate director at DTZ Investors, said: “We are pleased to have completed the refurbishment at Perimeter One and Perimeter Two, Crawley. The refurbishment embodies DTZ Investors’ ongoing commitment to delivering high quality Grade A industrial accommodation.”
The two units are now available to let, with FTDJOHNS and DTRE appointed as joint letting agents.
