Industrial property developer Panattoni has secured a ten-year lease for 200,000ft² at Panattoni Park Crawley with “the world’s largest e-commerce retailer”, understood to be Amazon.
The deal brings the scheme to full occupation.
Completed in December, Panattoni Park Crawley comprises two speculatively developed units of 65,620ft² and 134,473ft² with the ability to combine them into a single unit.
The whole unit was taken with the intention to combine both units.
Located close to Gatwick Airport and Junction 10 of the M23, the building features a 15m clear internal height and has BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings.
David McGougan, development director, South East at Panattoni, said:
“This letting underlines the depth of demand for high-quality, immediately available logistics space in the South East, particularly at scale. Panattoni Park Crawley offered a rare opportunity to secure a 200,000 sq ft facility in a prime location with direct access to Gatwick and the M23.”
The transaction represents the largest Grade A logistics letting in the South East so far in 2026, according to the developer.
