Logistics and fulfilment provider eLing GmbH has leased a 4,250m² unit (c. 46,000ft²) at Frasers Property Industrial’s FlexCity Mülheim development in Germany.
The long-term letting, brokered by REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf, comprises around 3,500m² of warehouse space, 400m² of mezzanine space and 350m² of office space.
The unit is located within the newly completed development at Mellinghofer Straße 55/Kranbahnallee 12 in Mülheim an der Ruhr, part of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region. It is located approximately 2.7km from the A40 motorway and 17.6km from the Port of Duisburg.
The warehouse has a clear height of approximately eight metres and is equipped with three loading ramps, two van doors and a ground-level loading door. Other features include an air-source heat pump and LED lighting.
FlexCity Mülheim occupies part of the former Siemens Techno-Park site, which extends across approximately 195,000m². The new buildings, completed in 2026, provide around 23,840m² of lettable space for logistics, manufacturing and other commercial occupiers.
Another unit, matching the size and layout of the one leased by eLing, is available to let at FlexCity Mülheim.
