Hai Robotics will be providing automation technology for a new large-scale e-commerce fulfillment center operated by a leading European fashion retailer.
The project will include more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots operating within a single integrated automation system contained inside a 30,000m² (c. 322,917ft²) automated fulfillment operation.
The new automated facility will have a capacity of 1.2 million double deep storage locations System throughput exceeding 24,000 totes per hour.

The system is designed around Hai Robotics’ upgraded HaiPick Climb solution, enabling the retailer to maximise storage capacity while maintaining the throughput required for high-volume omnichannel fulfillment.
Reportedly, HaiPick Systems provide up to 75% reduction in warehouse storage footprints with increased storage density and 39+ feet/12 meters vertical storage and eliminate human travel for order picking.
