UK parcel delivery company Evri has announced that it will adopt Microsoft 365 E7, investing in the 6,000 licences.
With E7 only becoming available in May this year, Evri will roll out Microsoft 365 E7 across the business over the coming months.
This investment means Evri can make better use of the intelligence behind Microsoft 365 Copilot, connecting Evri’s people more easily to the knowledge they need across the business.
Evri aim to integrate AI into its administration by building agents to act as digital teammates, handling routine tasks, coordinating end-to-end workflows and freeing colleagues to focus on higher-value work.
This will enable the parcel company to access insights faster to improve operational performance and quality enhance communication and collaboration.
The introduction of E7 will help Evri colleagues save time, reduce manual processes, and enhance decision-making, ultimately improving the service delivered to millions of consumers.
It will help teams cut down on manual tasks, work more efficiently and get clearer insights to support better decisions day to day.
