Henley Investment Management has completed the sale of a 161,500ft² light industrial asset located on the Noordwest business park, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The property, Corkstraat 46, is located in the heart of Rotterdam’s prime industrial and logistics district.
An agreement has been reached with local property company, a joint venture between Van Houwelingen Vastgoed and Crossing Border Development, who will acquire the multi-let facility which incorporates a mix of office, studio and storage space, for an undisclosed fee.
Henley Investment Management director of asset management, Tom Webster, said: “We are pleased to have executed the sale of this asset, taking the opportunity to recycle our capital as we look to accelerate our growth strategy, primarily in the living, office and industrial and logistics sectors.”
